  • Success metrics for the 10% — confirm written definition of "results" (lighthouse pilot ≥ €100k, signed assessment, investment-round trigger). See 00_engagement/scope_and_anti_creep.md.
  • Engagement comms channel — email, Slack, or other? Default response SLA is best-effort within 1 business day.
  • Sales handover owner — who at 4Rooks owns customer relationships when a pilot lands?
  • Architecture & migration assessment pricing anchor — suggested €15-25k. Confirm or revise.
  • Open USP questions — product vs platform-engagement model · open-source component yes/no · smallest paid commitment visible on the site? See 04_research_function/positioning_usp/positioning_recommendations_v1.md.
  • SMTP credentials for the dashboard — IONOS mail or Resend?
  • VPS reverse proxy in use — Caddy / nginx / Traefik (so we can write the right config block).
