Foundational prior work

Before this engagement, a comprehensive "4Rooks commercial research and GTM report.docx" was produced and is the strategic baseline for everything in this folder. Do not re-do that analysis. Build on it.

Key conclusions from that report (binding unless explicitly revisited):

  1. The winning motion is a CFO/CEO-led, engineer-validated, fixed-scope pilot at €200k–€400k — not "buy our platform"
  2. The narrative is reuse economics + executive risk transfer, not DevSecOps tooling
  3. Vertical priority: Building Automation → Industrial Edge → Smart Home → AgriTech
  4. Geo priority: DACH first, then nearby European markets
  5. Strongest European wedge: KNX IoT + EU Cyber Resilience Act
  6. Biggest gap: proof (no public references, pricing, SLAs, compatibility matrix)
